You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, at55 may at any time require Users to submit documentation to verify their identity, age, address, and source of funds. Required documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide such documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
at55 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, Mastercard, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. at55 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except as required by applicable law or in cases of obvious system error.
at55 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market at its sole discretion where it deems it necessary due to incorrect odds being published, technical errors, suspicious betting patterns, or events outside its control (including but not limited to match abandonment, player withdrawal, or force majeure events).
A bet may be declared void by at55 where: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement deadline; the published odds were clearly erroneous; the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded; or there is evidence that the outcome was manipulated. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account.
For PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches, specific cricket betting rules apply as published in the Cricket Rules section of the Platform. These rules govern settlement for rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, super overs, and retired-hurt scenarios. Users are strongly advised to review the applicable cricket rules before placing bets.

at55's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
at55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, particularly during high-traffic periods such as PSL finals, Pakistan vs. India matches, and ICC tournament fixtures.
